Façade Grant Program & Interior remodel Alameda, CA Private owner Alameda administers a façade grant program providing
funds to building owners and tenants to support improvements to businesses within
Alameda. The Fireside Lounge was the recipient of funding from this program.
Architecture services included documenting existing and new conditions,
coordinating with the structural engineer and
general contractor, and assisting with City of Alameda Planning and
Building Department submittals. This is one of several façade grant program
projects that the office has been involved with. |
